Refund Policy

Because the Game is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the specific circumstances described in this policy. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following apply:

• Game fails to load — the Game is completely non-functional in your browser within 14 days of purchase and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours of you reporting it.
• Duplicate purchase — you were charged twice for the same product due to a payment-processor error.
• Unauthorised charge — a purchase was made on your payment method without your authorisation.

Refunds will not be issued where:

• You have completed or substantially played through the premium content (Chapters 4–10).
• You changed your mind after purchase and the Game is functioning as described.
• Your device or browser does not meet the minimum requirements (any modern browser with JavaScript enabled).
• More than 7 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date.
• The request violates our Terms of Service (e.g., after credential sharing).

Email hello@supplychaindisaster.com with the order ID from your confirmation email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
